1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The item is unused
- In its original packaging
- In the same condition as received
- Requested within 30 days of delivery
Items that are worn, damaged, or altered after delivery cannot be returned.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items marked “final sale”
- Personalized or customized products
3. Return Process

Include your order number, name, and a photo of the product (if damaged).
Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We do not refund original shipping fees unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the issue
We will send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit/debit card provider
- Contact your bank

8. Exchanges
We only replace items that are damaged or defective.
For size or color changes, please request a return and place a new order.
9. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
